We only stayed for one night - location is good - near the train station and the staff were very helpful, especially as we arrived late at night due to our flight being delayed. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast but generally the room was clean and good value for money.

Safe (receptionist has to open the front door for you), good location (walking distance to central train station and station of two major subway llines) and very nice staff! Good breakfast (included), clean room, every day plenty of clean towels, hair dryer in the bathroom, good shower and even a safe in the room. Probably not the cheapest option, but good value for money and I had a very good stay here.

Great breakfast! Convenient location near bus and metro stops. Helpful staff. Though steep stairs with no elevator and a hard, uncomfortable bed. Overall, it was an average value for Italy.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located next to the main shopping street of Milan and we could walk to the centre. The street is rather busy and loud which was a probl;em as I like to sleep with the window open, but they moved us to a room in the rear on the second evening.

Very nice little hotel. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was pretty decent. A little out of the way but it is near a subway line so it is easy to access the other areas of town. Would completely recommend this hotel.
