The good thing of this Hotel is that it is close to Milan's Central Station (you could walk to/from the station or ride the subway for a couple of stops). The young guy that works the night at the front desk is very friendly and helping. I didn't like the fact that our room smelled like cigarettes. Despite that, we were able to have a comfortable night.

Price was ok (compare to others hostels in Milan) It was clean 10 min from the METRO BUT Owner and employees were very not nice (I felt like I was disturbing them. but they decide to have an hostel. ) Very noisy Very cold (the heater was not working very well even if I complain to the hostel. they just DON'T CARE!) You have a telephone on your room. but you can't use it with your international telephone card. they just DON'T CARE!)

I've been in many hostels and this definitely the worst I have ever seen! The man who works in the lobby and the owner of the hostel and ignorant and rude. They do not help at all, and the hostel is dirty and smells bad, and it was not well located! Not recommend this hostel to anyone and horrible.
