I needed to change my room type the night prior to and also the staff willingly helped me. The hotel is situated at an ideal location (near the bus stop and metro), from the central station which is unclean and dirty. There is certainly wifi, the rooms are clean, and also the breakfast is good :)

The staff was really nice. I accidentally booked a date later but they were able to accommodate me. I just called and they emailed me the confirmation in 20 minutes. It was clean and very good value for the money. The breakfast was really nice too.

My friend and I stayed in a private twin room with shared bathroom. The room was of a decent size, very clean, tidy, and had a comfy atmosphere. The beds were comfortable. Four clean towels were offered no cost of charge, and even though the bathroom was shared, it was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly: they happily printed our boarding passes when we asked and were always smiling. The no cost continental buffet breakfast was fantastic, with eggs, ham, cereal, and a variety of pastries. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms and bathroom were clean as nicely as the location had a fresh and clean smell as nicely as the area felt safe.
