The staff is very warm and friendly and helpful. The light bulb inside the room went off, and they had it sorted very fast. Toilet/shower room is clean and hot shower available. (it looks like it was done up a bit, sadly the same can not be said of the room)

The staff was really friendly, it&'s clean, the location is not very bad (the metro station is about 3 - 5 mins of walking from the hostel), but not in a very pretty district. Not expensive though so that makes sense:)

Location is great, 10mins walk from main train station, 2 metrostops. On the same street there&'s a trattoria on the corner which serves some of the finest pizzas I&'ve ever had, you gotta try it! Pizzas are huge and cost mere 7EUR, which is really great value for money. Hostel is much more like a private house, ok for a place to sleep but you&'ll meet no other backpackers there, so if you&'re alone, it can be quite lonesome place

The hotel is close to the Metoro and you can go to Duomo without change the Metoro. The bed is single bed for each. and also the bathroom is clean. The staff are very kind!
