-Staff were extremely helpful and spoke fluent English -Room (Double ensuite) was extremely large; high ceilings -Balcony had an remarkable view -Relaxed and pleasing atmosphere -Nice old-school lift -Very close to the Central Station; as member of staff explained to us with a map upon check-in, the hotel is in close proximity to many of Palermo&'s hotspots -Piano on 5th floor -Daily buffet breakfast (different breads and rolls, butter and jams, cereals (rice krispies, cornflakes, coco pops && muesli), yoghurt (both strawberry and natural), meat, scrambled eggs, selection of juices, fruit, oranges close to electric orange juice maker

Most definitely the rooftop garden area; as we did not venture out into the night we felt secure and quite happy spending our evenings watching the sun set over the Palermo rooftops with the birds doing their very own thing above.

This was a beautiful hotel, with a beautiful view. I fetl I was in a four star hotel. The staff was ultra-friendly, even though they scared us a bit by saying they only booked us one night, when we reserved for two, but welcome to Italy, sometimes they expect you not to come. But they did keep us for two nights, and the spot was great, the amenities, perfect, I loved this spot and would definitely go back.
