Good atmosphere, best location just a brief walk from both the airport and train station. Plenty of local food markets and kitchen facilities to cook! Helpf and friendly staff. Exceptional common area.

The only thing that makes points difficult is the provision of kitchen equipment. Sometimes no plates and non plastic cups are not available. The close vicinity of the airport and train station are a significant advantage for this hostel.

Location is amazing! 5 minute walk from the train station and a 20 minute walk to the leaning tower and duomo. employees were great. up-graded us to a private room without even asking.

We signed up for a 4 bed dorm with 3 people, and ended up getting a room for just the 3 of us, with a private bathroom. The employees were SUPER warm and friendly - I didn&'t even have to ask, she pulled out a map and noted the most important items inside the city. The room was clean and orderly, and it was nice having a full reception during the entire day.

Pisa is a small town, so everything is inside walking distance from the hostel. Staff was very helpful and spoke exceptional English. Rooms were basic, functional, no-nonsense. Wi-fi seemed to be randomly asking for the user/password again and again, but there was very good reception in the rooms, so you could actually use it even for browsing a bit.

The hostel has a very nice lounge region and it came in handy when we needed somewhere to wait on a train. The rooms were average but very clean.

Incredibly helpful, nicely informed, and nice staff, the bathroom and showers were inside each room, computers were no cost for visitors to use, lots of options for tours and rentals available, full kitchen available to use. Clean, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere
