Excellent staff, even though the room was small, it was meticulously cleaned each day, breakfast in bed was great - good wireless connection along with the employees were there 24hours. Lift available.

Great location, clean, really friendly, nice room overall. The employees was extremely helpful in helping us book tickets, getting to the points we wanted to see, recommending restaurants && sites.

It was inside the center of the city and inside walking distance to many of the monuments, the staff and particularly the owner were extremely informative and helped in ensuring my expertise in Rome was through the eyes of the locals. The property owner recommend restaurants and bars which offered real Roman meals and atmopsphere at local prices. he also helped map out which sites I should see and in what order based on the amount of time I had. All in all I would extremely recommend it to anyone.

The staff was great and helpful. The single room was extremely modern day and comfortable, breakfast was amazing along with the 24/7 check in was extremely helpful. Location was easier to get from Termini, but even easier from Vittorio Emanuele metro station.

Very properly situated and extremely frendly staff. All 5 of the staf members are quite friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They did help us to create and customise a couple of trip plans and also suggested a list of eating places (which turned our to be quite good). We were on a &'romantic getaway trip&' and they had organised flowers within the room - which was a nice surprise.

The owner and staff were very helpfull. They explained all of the possibilities of the city. They informed us about practically points that happened like strikes etc. We got answers at our questions. Breakfast was great! We really had a nice time at the Auditorium and obviously in Rome.
