Clean, kind employees even if they don't speak English. Rooms are large with decent bathrooms.

Location. Handy for the station as we were travelling by train. Very useful owner. Clean. Good showers and air con. Lift good for hot weather!

This property was clean and the staff I dealt with were very polite and helpful as it was my first time in Rome. I really liked the location because it was near a metro station that you could use to get around the city and it's only a ten minute walk from Termini Train Station. It's on a street with very little traffic and out of all the touristy areas.

Good location, close to metro, in a walking distance to sightseeings. Nice room with private bathroom, cozy and clean, fresh renovation, everyday cleaning. Guiliano is a nice guy, friendly and helpful.
