The reception woman is very helpful. Everything worked on time. The room offers a great base. All you need is inside. Our doubble had its own bathroom. It was clean. The sheets were changed each day.

Location is perfect, really convenient, jusy few mins walk to main train station (termini station).

No internet. no english available. shower with freezing cold water within the morning. no heater, no room check in at 11:00. but large and clean room and funny owner

Very friendly staff during the day, small rooms, table by the bed was found very dirty. I didn't like the bathroom, dirty walls and shower working unproperly. Close to Roma Termini, so easy to get to any part of the city and short walked to Coliseo. Good price. Good breakfast (brioche and coffee).

The hotel is extremely good. Near the train station with a all of the facilities and extremely straightforward to go walking to the attractions. The employees are extremely warm and friendly and helpful!

The woman that worked during the day is excellent, friendly, and fantastic at speaking english. The night guard is terrible. Location is outside the historical sites, but it is practically touching Termini, so it is straightforward to get to.
