Location was good, near to Termini. Around a bunch of embassies so lots of safety stationed inside the area. Felt safe. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily. No lock out. Key card didn&'t work so they sent help right away and changed my key card. No cost wireless in room and hair dryer. Excellent bathrooms.

The man who welcomed at at the reception on arrival was VERY warm and friendly and charming. Italians have begun speaking English! Gosh, what on earth happened to Italy :) And also the breakfast was good: tasty and unlimited.

More than ok. Was in fact inside the &'Hotel des Artistes&' and a proper hotel service. The staff was really nice and really very helpful.

Location, Location, Location! Conad marketplace is a few blocks away. Metro is around the corner. Laundry washing service is a few blocks away and decent prices. A gentlemen took my bag and had it ready for me to fold a hour and a half later. You can walk to just about any site in Rome providing you have a comfy pari of sneekers. Nice roof to relax and hang out at and meet fellow travelers from around the world. Italian nationals from other parts even stay here. What&'s that tell ya

Compared to other hostels in Rome it&'s really good. It&'s more like a hotel. It is safe, clean and five minute walk from rome termini. There is certainly also a metro station behind. Even though there arent a lot of cooking area facilities, there is certainly a refrigerator and a microwave.

This is far more of a hotel than a hostel, the double room was like something you would get in a four star hotel, attractive decor and massive tv! No cost wireless and housekeeping every day for fresh towels. The staf at reception were extremely helpful and kind. Situated close enough to termini, we power walked to center of the city in 20 minutes so it is walkable, otherwise it&'s right beside the metro.
