I think I the most effective thing here is that each and every room has a individual washroom. as well as the bed is massive enough. breakfast is good, location is great. employees is ok too.

Great location near the train station, extremely safe, nice room with our own bathroom, inside walking distance to the things we wanted to see (The Vatican would be a bit of a walk but there is certainly a metro at the train station so it was super effortless to get there).

Great location in center of the Rome. All atractions are on walking distance. the property owner wasn&'t there every single day, my husband and I felt like we were in rented apartment (great). It was really clean, our bed was made every single day, and bathroom cleaned.
