It is clean and in a outstanding place, near Termini station. We were there only to spend the night, and were out whole day. The guy didn&'t seem friendly, gave us information about the breakfast ( it is coffie or a juice and a croisant) which you have in a bar round the corner with the piece of paper he gave us. Bed is huge and comfortable, bathroom is clean, we got clean towels, there is also TV and a little fridge, wardrobe and little night table. It has wireless web also.

Proximity to the train station. Laundromat is only just around the corner, along with the room has a little fridge.
