Forget other reviews, in case you are interested in an excellent little spot (Hostel), near the Termini station, you can&'t beat this. It isn&'t a backpackers, it isn&'t a 5 star Hotel. It is a small, clean little 4-5 room safe hostel run by a pretty gentlemen named Franko who wants to look soon after you. In case you want a reception desk and Hotel employees to book tours, this isn&'t for you. In case you want fresh towels, and your sheets changed every day, (as in case you would at home) this isn&'t for you. In case you want absolute quiet, go to Tuscany, simply because this is busy, vibrant Rome. It&'s the reason you come. The rooms are a superb size, I did see in other rooms, they have their very own toilet, shower, and basin. They are clean, (cleaned every day) the beds adequate, with small TV and air on. The breakfast is straightforward but satisfying, but your not paying 5 star prices. Other places I have stayed and have booked are more expensive and do not include anything. Stop looking and book with Franko and Hotel Accomodation Rome.

Franco was there late during the night time to meet us his directions were very easy to follow and it was near to Termini Station. The room was huge and cleaned each day. We were served a great breakfast. Franco told us all the places to visit and told us how to get there. There was a market place and resteraunts a few mins walk. The shower was hot. We would stay there again and recomend this property

Franco is fantastic :) The location is not far from the metro. The breakfast is really good too. and also the hot showers!

The owner recieved us when we arrived and gave us a warm welcome. He was extremely warm and friendly and extremely helpful. He made our stay absolutely comfortable.

The owner was incredibly helpful and such a sweet man. He waited in front of the hotel on the street to greet me. He makes breakfast each and every morning and makes a mean cappuccino.

This property is great, especially value for money! Clean rooms (and bathroom! ), AMAZING breakfast served into your room and also the staff are the most helpful I have ever experienced from travelling the world for a number of years.

Staff is wonderful. Location is historic and perfect. Beds are clean and breakfast has exceptional cappuccino. Price is unbeatable. Would recommend to anyone.
