I really loved cozy and quiet environment of the room, and a extremely italian style breakfast (croissant && cappucino) at the cafeteria near the hotel, just one block away, and it&'s included your room fee. I got to say all of the staffs were extremely friendly, I was solo traveller, who was extremely unprepared for sightseeing. I hardly knew what to see, where to go. but employees were extremely helpful to tell me where to go, what to eat, they were easygoing, made me extremely comportable. The day I arrived, they gave me a bottle of wine as a gift. so I could have extremely exceptional night and be relaxed. There&'s no cooking area facility but one vending machine, which you can buy a bottle of water, some snacks at anytime.

The rooms were nice enough, not too small && with a great bathroom. The no cost breakfast at the cafe nearby was a lovely touch!

It was really clean as well as the staff were very nice although they did forget my wake up call. The free breakfast is at a outstanding little cafe around the corner. Fairly close to the train station.

Really very good staff, told where and what is the really best way of going somewhere. Location excellent - near Termini station and two other metro stations.
