There is reception and there is certainly always a person there. The staff can speak fluently English. They clean the room each day, the hotel is not extremely noisy.

It is right near to the train station and the key Metro. It was so fantastic to be right near to the wonderful public transportation of Rome :)

Location was great, right near to Termini Station. Lots of restaurants and stores open late nearby. Also Web cafe very close. Air con a huge plus!
