The appartment had full bathroom with washer, and full kitchen. We were able to prepare breakfast and a lunch to go, or even dinner if we needed to. The location wasn&'t extremely noisy. Was near to each accomodation and service, and about 10 min walking to Termini Station. However, area was pasted with graffiti and could make some visitors edgy, although we felt extremely secure and in a young neighbourhood.

Only 2min from the primary train station. A really very good and low cost spot for spend time in Rom, when you are out the whole day and only come home late for sleeping. But don&t go inside the winter, simply because our room had no heater, like it is usual in Italy. Inside the night it was REALLY cold!

The first time we arrived we have to call the number written on the doorbell with our own foreign cellphone. 3 minutes later the manager came and he said we have to move to another property one block away further from the termini station, due to the fact this one has electricity problem. the room size was quite spacious and has own bathroom just like what we&'ve booked for. they clean the room each morning. at first the manager said breakfast are not included, then we insist that it&'s on the website, afterwards he agreed. the reception is in another building across the street, they tried to answer our inquiries although going to the tourist info was a better idea. overall it was an excellent deal in terms of price, room and location.
