Nothing at all, we had booked 2 nights and we had to sleep one night in different hostel, because sunmoon was already overbooked. Staff lied to us, that he is going to give us discount. But of course he did not give it to us. Breakfast was late and it was just toast brad with jelly! Toaster was out of order. Room was dirty. Would not recommend! |

The staff were great. Really great. They did a lot to make sure things were as right as they were able to make them. Good location, but there is NO SIGN outside - only a small name by the doorbell. For the price it was a good choice. |

Funny little place & the staff were really nice. the only thing was they kept making us change rooms. i enjoyed my stay though. |

The location was perfect, the people are very friendly and helpfull but the room was not properly cleaned. Furthermore if you pay youre first payment with a creditcard you expect that they accept it at the hostel. We had to pay cash, it is easier if the put that on the website or at the confirmation page. |

Juel was awesome. he was very friendly and helpful. dinners were great too. not sure if dinners will continue as we heard they are stopping. other staff apart from juel were not so great. |

The staff are friendly, and sometimes they cook you dinner for free which is nice, but breakfast is average and the bathrooms were yukky - not cleaned once in the 4 nights we had there. |

The staffs here are friendly and helpful. since we travelled during ramadhan, they were agreed to provide early breakfast for our sahur, and also early dinner for iftar, both for free. the foods provided were delicious and since we are muslims, vegetarian foods were provided. the staffs were also concerned to our request not to mix gentlemen and ladies in the same dorm room (although we mistakenly requested the shared room). this hostel is located very close to termini station, and also a lift is provided to go the the hostel in the 6th floor. i would recommend this hostel for those looking for a cheap hostel, but don't complain too much since the money you pay is very much worth it. |

The location was good next to the train station, however the kitchen was disgusting and most of the time the bathrooms were as well. |

The staff was friendly, not the most effective but friendly. They took us to another hotel run by the same people, it was a bit annoying to move again but we got a real tiny appartment, with a kitchen and even a laundry machine. |
