Excellent location, not but a block and a half away from Termini. The neighborhood is fantastic and seemed fully safe. There were tons of little coffee shops all over and they weren&'t the really touristy kind. There is certainly breakfast included and it was a pastry of your choice and a coffee or juice at a bar right around the corner. The room was extremely well kept, the TV and refrigerator were nice accommodations, and the bathroom and shower were clean. Also, the owner, Sorina let me keep my bags there following I checked out since my flight didn&'t leave until late that night. She was extremely nice but didn&'t speak extremely much English. However, communication wasn&'t too difficult due to the fact she was extremely patient and used a lot of hand gestures. Sorina bella!

Staff was kind and always obtainable although its a one-woman-show. Superb eating places and bars nearby, basic to reach from central station by foot.

A typical Italian pensione that gave us a amazing impression of Italian life. It was near to the station with all amenities.

The location right round the corner from the train station was excellent. The rooms were extremely clean and comfy and as other individuals have said, the shower is lovely. The breakfast at a little cafe down the road is standard italian fare but really nice -- it's pretty to eat out in a nice metropolitan seeming environment for breakfast rather than in a dingy breakfast room in a hotel, so I thought this was one of the much better features.

Very clean however and situated extremely close to the primary train station in rome!
