The reception employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and have superb foreign language skills. The breakfast employees was efficient, warm and friendly and hard working. They do not have a minute rest whilst trying to serve everybody inside the limited space. Cleaning employees were very warm and friendly and efficient - our room was spotless. The location is wonderful && very central especially when arriving/ departing by bus/coach. The convenient location means that you can often go back for a fast rest - especially when travelling with children - prior to exploring the next sights.

Was excellent for the money, cute little hotel inside the very best location for Siena. Breakfast included was nice, and the room was clean. Definitely a great spot to stay.
