Stefano, the owner, is lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and clean; there is certainly a communal cooking area and free Wi-Fi.

Great atmosphere, very homely and welcoming as properly as the host, Stefano is very friendly and helpful and provides a pretty breakfast each morning. Nice rooms, kitchen available. close enough to walk in to town but still far enough away to be peaceful. Supermarket across the road and a pretty Patisserie down the road.

Very clean and nice place. Nice italian breakfast. No cost use of internet, kitchen. Little &"garden&" outside. Extremely recommended.

It was clean and nothing broken. But the manager forgot the date of my arrival and also the breakfast I had to get myself from a local (but nice) bar of which the owner was a jockey within the well-known Siena horse races I think. On the other hand, the breakfast was not included within the bill when I had to pay at the B&&B.
