Everything! fabrizio is very professional but also very nice and helpful - he&'ll give you an adapter, answer all your inquiries (even about other Italian cities), and wonderful suggestions for restaurants and bakeries. the rooms are spacious along with the entire location is very clean. just be sure to let him know when you&'re coming, so he can meet you. we didn&'t have the breakfast, but it looked good!

Authentic, genuine Italian hospitality from the fantastic owner, Fabrizio, who really went out of his way to make everyone&'s stay just perfect. Location is great, most rooms are decorated with beautiful, original frescoes on the ceilings which adds to the atmosphere. Breakfast was tops !

It was a comfortable location to stay, right inside the heart of Siena. Amazing location. Fabrizio was friendly and makes a great breakfast. The showers and washrooms were good. The cost was reasonable.

It&'s right inside the middle of town along with the property owner is really warm and friendly and helpful. It gives you the unique opportunity to stay at a home which was built 500 AD. Simply amazing.

This hostel was beautiful, and Fabrizio was extremely warm and friendly and helpful! The breakfast was amazing, we had an entire table full of delicious food, and even Italian espresso! Our room had an awesome Fresco on the ceiling and extremely comfortable beds. Lovely experience!

The location is really amazing - just two minutes from main attractions in Siena! And it is located inside the ordinary house, so you may really feel that you are living here!
