It&'s an outstanding value for the price in case you don&'t plan to spend a lot of time in the room anyway. You can save more for the fantastic dinners in Tuscany. The owner was helpful and his restaurant recommendations were right on!

This was probably the best hostel I have ever stayed at. We only spent one night in Sienna, but it was so nice, it was like staying in someones home. And it was centrally situated and straightforward to find.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Fiorita. Great value for money. Our room was freshly painted with lots of wonderful personal touches. The Owner met us upon checking in and was extremely helpful for recommending authentic, good value restaurants in Siena. In the morning, he provided breakfast for an extra 5 euro inside the garden of the Villa. The breakfast was delicious with wonderful value. The location is just outside the City walls but there are lots of buses into the center that stop just outside the house, or a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again and suggest it to anyone visiting Siena.

Very handy in case you arrive at the train station, as properly as the directions and map emailed to us were good. Clean and comfortable, very good shower and working AC. In case you want breakfast (extra 5 euros) you need to order it the night before, which we failed to do, as we arrived back from sightseeing too late!
