Helpful staff, Fabio carried our suitcases up the flight of stairs for us. he gave us suggestions of where we can visit, eat and drink. washing facilities and kitchen obtainable to use.

The manager was really nice! During check-in, he showed us our room along with the facilities just before we signed to take the room. The location is great! It&'s just a walk from the Piazza del Campo, along with the miniresidence is sparkling clean! The significant desk has a huge stack of travel guides on Italy and Europe to consult. Our room was massive and had a secure where we could lock up small items. Our room even had two desks and two wardrobes, and I could watch CNN and BCC on the TV!
