The employees are incredibly helpful and printed us train timetables and gave us directions to the marketplace & inexpensive restaurents. Really properly situated & pretty outside rooftop to eat on.

EVERYTHING! The employees was friendly and helpful. The rooms (both our private room as well as the common rooms) were very nice and clean. The balcony was the top part. Large bathrooms, wireless internet, nice kitchen, awesome location. =)

Stayed in one of their flats, which was very spacious and properly positioned for exploring Siena. Staff were remarkable -v ery warm and friendly and incredibly helpful!

Great location inside the city centre, staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was great and suited all of our needs. One of the extremely best places we stayed in - fantastic value and would stay here again when going back to Siena.

Everything about it - the staff were so helpful, looking out for us and helping us with our bags, making suggestions re: eating places and calling other places to book additional accommodation. A really pleasing stay in a great location. We only planned to stay for 1 night but couldnt resist a further night. Remarkable value for money. We got an apartment for 23 euro each for 4 people - it was new and had 6 beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry washing - we should have stayed for a week! Such a beautiful city and the lodging made it even better. You can hear the church bells inside the morning and one morning we got to hear someone singing opera in their shower.

This is an ideal place for discovering our favourite italian city. Cheap, well-equipped and superbly located, Paradiso should be the first consideration for any students looking to check out Siena.

This was a fantastic hostel/hotel & we had a fantastic stay. This is not the place to book in case you are looking to party & meet people. But in case you are looking for a quite and pleasant place to stay this is it. The cooking area was large & fantastic for cooking & the Patio has an awesome view for an awesome evening meal. The hostel is 3 stories up so you do have to deal with stairs, but its worth if for the nice room. My only complaint is that the no cost laundry washing is in a bathroom & if someone uses the bathroom well your out of luck to get your laundry washing for awhile.

This was a fantastic hostel/hotel && we had a great stay. This is not the spot to book in case you are looking to party && meet people. But in case you are searching for a quite and enjoyable spot to stay this is it. The kitchen was large && fantastic for cooking && the Patio has an remarkable view for an remarkable evening meal.
