A prim-and-proper and warm and friendly place, but a bit far from the centre. Large rooms, a guest kitchen and even TVs inside the rooms. Ample parking, motorbikes can park inside the dry.

I had my room for myself, the bathroom was extremely clean. There was a little terrace/balcony to share but quite nice by night. The staff was nice and helpful to present me info I needed.

About an hours walk into central siena. no laundry washing or food services. no air con inside the room. but worst of all its close to a busy road so its really very noisy.
