I loved it, but i did not like the fact that the address for this hostel is incorrect. Could not uncover it on tomtom. You must use SAINT AGNELLO, so do not punch in Sorrento in tomtom, because you will not uncover it. We had to ask so numerous people, where this place was. Sure the discription on website is correct, but the confirmationm email you get from hostel bookers is not correct

A really outstanding hotel, converted from an old convent, and with amazing coast scenery (at least from our room! ) Fantastic net facilities, wireless and two no cost computers. Beautiful, clean and atmospheric. The walk to sorrento is 20 minutes, or 5 mins by bus. But, the resraurant with the very best view of the coast is 100m away, and you would never discover it in case you stayed in sorrento proper. Extremely recommended!

This is a very nice location to stay. It is at a lovely location close to the sea with beaches (private--worth the cost--and public) just a few steps away, which was best after a long hot day in the sun at Pompeii. The employees was warm and friendly and the region felt really safe. The rooms were pretty basic but clean--had an international plug in which was great. The only downside is that it is about a ten minute walk to the train stop (only bad when you are carry heavy luggage) and about a 30 minute walk to the main part of Sorrento. Since the region is quite scenic and feels extremely safe, even at night, this is not too bad.
