Its cheap, well-located, breakfast included( even if its just a croissant and a coffee), staff very useful ( even if some doesn&'t speak a lot english)

Breakfast included was at a cafe next door so extremely high standard of food! Kitchen facilities were superb and also made it extremely sociable. Very good location.

The regency offer a happy hour service at the bar in the entrance, during the brand of the drinks. It has a no cost net point. It has a really small kitchen, altough its so much untidy.
