Staff really friendly, facilites best and a really quiet location. Although the hotel was in a residential neighbourhood it has good communications by bus to Venice and Train Station. Breakfast has a lot of things. Staff really helpfull.

The location was great, there is certainly a bus stop right near there that takes you to venice in 10 minutes.

SOO easy to get to the island (bus stop there, 10 mins). Literally a hotel. Breakfast was great, had AC. QUIET!

This place is a perfect choice to anyone coming to Venice who searches for a budget hotel. 10 meters from the bus stop, and 6-7 minutes from downtown of Venice by bus! Our room was large, and really quiet, the staff was really helpful! The breakfast was outstanding - do you need anything else :)The only small problem - it is hard to find the first time. Look for the church on Viale San Marco, along with the hotel is right near to it, on the corner. Have fun!

Calm and clean place, great location with a bus stop just in front that takes you in 10 minutes to Venice. Very good breakfast. Parking ok! I would recomend this hostel for sure!
