It was extremely straightforward to go to islands, there were a massive marketplace across the street. rooms were clean.

Nice hotel, great rooms. Effortless to reach Venice by frequent bus service at all times within the night. Great places to eat and shop within the vicinity

The room was really comfortable and also the public transports to get the station are really close (even no matter whether in 15 mins you get there just walking)

It was conveniently close to Venezia Santa Lucia by bus. The rooms were reasonably clean. Just opposite the Hotel is SIMPLY MARKET, which is a cheap supermarket that is really convenient if you've left out something on the trip. The supermarket is a really really cheap way to settle your dinner if you're travelling on a budget. I got a roast chicken for 4. 90 euros and pork knuckle for 8. 80 euros and it was so much for the three of us.

The room is clean but absolutely nothing special, the hotel is located at 2min from bus station to Venise (20 min to go to Venise from the hotel) and from 15 min from the railway station of Meste.

We had such a hard time finding this hotel, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless once we were there. Only other complaint is that they make you pay a pretty cost for internet, when all other places we have stayed at offer net as an amenity.
