Shower facilities were good, had a family room instead of the double bedroom booked for no extra cost, very good location near to St Marks square

L'hotel est a 5 minutes a pied de l'arret de vaporetto San Samuele. Il n'y a pas de petit pont ni de marches a monter, tres pratique avec nos valises. La chambre etait tres bien, belle salle de bain. La vue de la chambre donnait sur une cour interieure mais peu important car on y passe que tres peu de temps. Le personnel parle anglais et employes tres gentils.

Private room was clean and tidy, bathroom was also private and located across the hall. Bathroom was always clean and in very good working order. Also a very good location for the train station and straightforward access to the river for catching a bus further into Venice.
