Good friendly service. Exceptional breakfast; simple and tasty. Clean room and full linens. Cleaned everyday, made beds, and soaps etc provided. Luggage storage right after check out. Rustic. Air con.

Hard to find, but fantastic location tucked away in a less busy portion of Venice, but still close to all of the significant attractions. Has fantastic charm and a very good breakfast and extremely very helpful staff.

Great location near to Rialto bridge as properly as the staff were incredibly helpful. Huge room for the three of us with really comfy beds as properly as the breakfast was great.

We have been travelling for numerous months now and this is the greatest place we&'ve ever stayed in! Nice clean beautiful rooms with heating, spacious. Fantastic breakfast included. Helpful warm and friendly owners, gave us a map of venice and recommended places to eat. Cosy atmosphere. Recommended!
