We have been travelling for numerous months now and this is the greatest place we&'ve ever stayed in! Nice clean beautiful rooms with heating, spacious. Fantastic breakfast included. Helpful warm and friendly owners, gave us a map of venice and recommended places to eat. Cosy atmosphere. Recommended!

Everything! The location is amazing! Employees VERY helpful, no cost breakfast is HUGE, rooms very clean. Best location we stayed so far! Excellent value for money!

Room was very nice. everything was clean. wireless in room. breakfast included. near to everything you would wish to see. little pier over looking the water just out front the guesthouse. located near to supermarket, restaurants, gelateria's.

Everything, really noiseless off the primary path, close to grand canal, awesome value for money, comfy bed, fab modern bathroom great breakfast and fantastic helpful staff. Wish we were able to stay longer
