Great atmosphere, nice staff, willing to help and no cost pick-up/drop off from the varporetto site. It was great to get away from all the touristy stuff at the end of the day.

Beautiful house in a great setting. Location takes a bit of traveling to get to but we had a couple of days in Vinice so didn't mind. Very quiet. Good breakfast.

While it&'s away from the center of Venice, it&'s an excellent location! Very warm and friendly owners, no cost bike rental to go around the island, and there is one restaurant and market place place on the island, easily reachable by bike. If you buy a 24, 48 or 72hr ferryboat ticket you&'ll save a lot of money.

The surrounding area was wonderful to move away from the busy Venice main areas. It has really large rooms and was a great price.

Very warm and friendly and relaxed employees and area. Beautiful to take a boat ride at the end of a day sight-seeing in Venice. Often the minibus was there to pick up and take to the property. Comfortable rooms with lots of space and clean rooms and bathroom. it is a silent region and has a beautiful garden.
