Even though it was difficult to find, with the directions, the hostel was in a really cool district accessible to lots of cool bars and art expos, great in case you like to be in the center yet not in the traveller trap

Very very good situated for visitors of venice biennale: nice quarter between arsenale and giardini with affordable cafes, shops and restaurants around. Very simple, but clean rooms for pragmatic stay.

Near to Giardine Vaporeto Station. And near to a lot of cheaps restaurants, and a 10 mins walking to the San Marco Square.

-If you&'re going to the Biennale, it is best as it is right next to both Arsenale and Giardini. So 100 points for location. It&'s also not too far from the waterfront, San Marco and Rialto (maybe 20 mins walk) and in the street of the hostel there are a few nice cafes and fruit stalls. - The cost was also relatively reasonable (taking into account that Venice is extremely expensive). - The private bathroom is a plus. - Even though it was not the cleanest there were no bedbugs/cockroaches/other insects in the room which, having read reviews of other hostels, is a plus worth mentioning. If you&'re not too worried about friendliness of staff, enjoyable factor of hostel, cleanliness, and are not travelling with valuable luggage (basically just need a inexpensive spot to sleep) this spot would be ok. The beds were ok.
