Very very good in all aspects. Very nice, helpful and warm and friendly staff. Recommended. En suite bathroom minute! We will stay here again.

The night watchman was friendly and extremely nice. we stayed till late to use the net but he pleasantly accomodated to our timing. the location was extremely convenient.

Its in a good location near to the Rialto bridge and St Marks Square. Its probably the cheapest place you'll find in Venice.
