This is extremely wise to live outside the old town of venice. the hotel is really good.

Literally 2 seconds from the train station - so you take the train from Venezia Santa Luca to Mogliono Veneta, get off the train, walk down the steps, turn right and look ahead - there it is. Didn&'t have the breakie &'cause we had to leave super early but I&'m sure it was good. Really comfy beds, warm room, amazing shower and really friendly employees who suggested an amazing restaurant - walk through the tunnel up to the principal road, turn left at the end, then about 50 metres ahead turn left again down a small street and you&'ll see it - totally forgotten what it&'s called of course, but it was delicious!

Very clean and properly maintained hotel. Employees is fantastic and friendly. Ideal location in front of the train station in Mogliano Veneto. Free parking is fantastic and secure. Breakfast was also fantastic with fresh croissants.

Staff was really friendly and hea}lpfull, the room was bigger than what I thought, perfect accomodations and half a block walking from the train station. Breafast was really good with all kinds of coffee, juice, croisants, bread, cereals. etc, and perfect relation between value and money, 15 mins by train you arrive to venice, this hotel es the perfect chance for staying in a really good hotel without paying too much.

It&'s a nice and calm hotel. The train station into the city centre was opposite the hotel, costing 1. 50 each way (be aware of the timetables of the trains. ) Its clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

We had a car, so the no cost carparking was outstanding as nicely as the train station into the city centre was opposite the hotel (only about a 15 minute ride and 1. 50 each way) They gave us a timetable and map of venice so getting around wasw no problem. The hotel room was a very good size, really clean and comfortable. There was a outstanding selection for breakfast. Really friendly helpful staff!
