This property is excellently located, safe and secure. The breakfast is basic but is delivered to your room each morning. Its very noiseless and felt like we had our own little apartment in Venice opposed to staying in a hostel. Amazing stay and thanks

Good location, right among the rialto bridge and st. Marcs square. Lots of shopping and eating places and hard nearby. Breakfast included. Friendly, helpful staff.

The location is really close to the center, the bathroom was well equiped and clean. It's a cosy place: through the windows you can see small street shops. the breakfast is served on time and delicious. the motorboat brings you to Murano for free.
