The room was stunning and clean, along with the gentleman behind the reception was MORE than happy to help me organise the most effective way to get to an inconvenient flight on time. Though the woman did abuse me for not making my bed as properly as the others were made, and yelled at me in Italian until the bed was done to her liking. It was very traumatic.

Definately suggest this spot to any other travellers! Very low-cost accomodation especially for Venice. Just a 10-15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco, 5min walk from the San Pietro stop so its really effortless to get around as well.

Surprisingly, the location was by far one of our favourite items about this hotel. Although it is a little far from San Marco Square, around 10-15 minutes, the hotel is situated in a less touristy location so you can get a taste of the way Venice residents live. The one key street 2 mins from the hotel has numerous grocery type shops - wonderful to buy some water or food that are not as expensive as the more central shops. We purchased some cheese from one of the shops (to appreciate with some wine) and also the next day the shop owner said hello to us on the street. It had a wonderful more local feel.

This 1 star hotel was very cosy, very clean and great to stay in. staff was a very friendly man, and his mum and wife serves breakfast within the morning. great atmosphere. the location was a little out of the way and harder to find but it was a safe environment. enjoyed my stay! (:

Great experience. Ran by a family; really welcoming. Closer to the Arsenale and Giardini, a little bit of a walk to Piazza San Marco, yet not too far.
