I loved that it was so close to the train station! the backyard was stunning also, that let through a nice breeze.

The building is really typical, room was basic but extremely nice, with a window directly on the canal, the bathroom was nice and clean, outstanding location and very good value for money overall. The employees was helpful.

The hostel is situated just a few blocks from the train station which is superb if you&'re arriving by train. The room I stayed in had a superb view and was really quaint.

I found it really difficult to uncover a spot to stay in venice. it is so expensive! This spot is the most i paid for accommodation on our trip and yet it wasn't even the very best place. but that's venice for you! - average place. nothing special. nothing overly fantastic about it. they gave very good directions on how to get to their place. take note on when to turn. we often thought that we couldn't go down that street because it looked like an allyway. all streets are like this! just follow their directions exactly and you'll be okay.
