Everything. The location&'s laid back from the &'touristy&' bits of Venice which is a outstanding thing, for me. Which is due to the fact you get to see what the Venetians are actually like and also it&'s real silent all of the time. Venice isn&'t too large to get around but this spot isn&'t too faraway from Piazzale Roma or the Venezia Santa Lucia railway station. Place is clean, decently styled, compact though but has a kitchen, a living room, a outstanding sized bathroom and I couldn&'t complain for the price. Also there&'s a waterbus stop just around the corner.

Comfortable && clean apartment with a cooking area in case you need to cater for yourself. Pretty large king-size bed in one room and two small twin bedded rooms, appropriate for a mixed group of people on a budget. Situated in a much quieter region of Venice, with bars, eating places and a super-market close by, but still within easy walking distance of the center of Venice and also the train && bus stations.

It was in a quieter area of Venice and very nice for relaxing. The cooking area was fantastic and we cooked most of our dinners at the apartment. Everything worked and was clean, it&'s a wonderful property for a group of almost any kind of travelers.

Fantastic apartment, in most relaxing neighborhood, clean, quiet, cooking area great, friendly owners, nice beds, lots of cabinets and wardrobes, huge apartment, autonomous heating, contemporary air-conditioning. I already booked again for next month!

Everything you need to stay for a couple of days: 3 rooms, a cooking area with a kettle, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a television set, supermarket in 10 minutes walk - best for 3 couples or a group of young people.
