The location is good, right near to the bus station, a water bus stop and only a 5 mins walk away from the railway station. The rooms, at the same time as the toilets and showers were clean and fresh. The staff (only person I saw) was nice and helpful and spoke fluent english, something that isn&'t often so clear in Italy. His manners and questions were a bit like if he had learned them from a book, so I understand he might seem a bit rude to some.

I select this hotel due to the fact it&'s very near to Santa Lucia Train Station and Bus Stops to Airport, although it&'s not inside the middle of Venezia, I can have transportation access more easy, The room was clean so does the shared bathrooms, they have a retro elevator too

Very near to the station (about 5 minutes walk). Room decent enough and 3 bathrooms between about 6 or 7 rooms. About 40 minutes walk to the primary square but theres lots of stuff inbetween. Kingsize bed was good. Coffee machine serving Lavazza for 50 cents. The guy who runs the spot showed us where all of the decent places in Venice were.

The guy from the reception was quite friendly and helpful, also as really polite. I would also like to remark the cleanliness in this proprety, the bath rooms were always clean and with a enjoyable smell of detergent.

The hostel is basic to locate from the piazzale roma station and is extremely close to exceptional affordable eating places as nicely as most of the significant tourist attractions.

Close to the station. outstanding when arriving very early in the morning. Wernt charged for luggage storage as advertised.
