This place was amazing. Could not believe that it was only 1 star. It was a extremely cute and cozy room with hardwood floors, a huge bed, tv, air conditioning, a marble bathroom with a large shower that had jets coming out of the side of it. The staff was super friendly, along with the location although it was a little far from San Marco square ended up being really nice due to the fact it was quite and away from all of the crowded tourist areas and right next to a waterbus stop.

Great location, within really close to most of the principal sights. The room was really comfortable and clean with a lovely view overlooking the canal. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was in a cafe nearby so one could sit outside in the morning close to the canal and have something to eat.

Fantastic location - extremely quiet and not touristy. Very close to very good Osterias (restaurants), principal Vaporetti (boat bus) stop and some lovely streets to wander and get lost in. There is a fridge for you to keep your Prosecco cold in!

The best choice in Venice. Location is great. close to everywere. Very quite streat, perfect room with marvelous bathrom. Everyday cleaning. Beter to call when you arrive in Venice. And don't forget to print map.

Looking for low-cost accomodation in Venice I browsed Hostelbookers and found that most hostels would provide a bunk in a room with about 7 others for between around 28-32Euros. Then I saw that Venice Resort offered private rooms for about 35Euros. My expectations werent high but we booked it (my partner and I) just for the privacy. I was blown away by this place. We were provided with a large bedroom with flatscreen TV, Ensuite, and a lounge type room. It actually felt far more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Incredibly properly presented. There are needless to say no self catering facilities for the budget concious but with the money you save staying here it doesnt really matter. Staff and location fantastic. Alot of people believe you just cant get fantastic AND relatively low-cost accomodation in Venice. Yet not you - youve read this review you lucky thing. Book at Venice Resort or pay three times as much for some thing similar or not as very good somewhere else.

The hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing, a quick walk to Piazza Roma. From there, it's a 10-15 minute water bus ride to San Marco Piazza. The room was very clean and furbished nicely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Venice on a budget!
