Only the location. The problem is that the address written on the email verification of the booking is not necessary the address of the room they will give you : there are 4 buildings with rooms inside, but you don&'t know where you will be put in advance.

Close to the waterbus stop to the Airport. Reasonably close to the sights of Venice. Nice small rooms, with only 4 beds.

The owner, an Italo Brazilian, is really helpful and kind. The hostel is properly situated and really clean.

The toilets was clean. There was a kitchen we can cook in, the house was clean. It was in a silent environment which was good.

This hostel was fantastic. It is really close to the principal points of interest in Venice at the same time as the ferry stops, and the property owner Nino was helpful with anything we needed. He showed us a great bakery and coffee shop, suggested points of interest for us to visit, and provided us with a map with everything essential marked on it. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Venice.

Its a very nice hostel. You feel like your at home. Has a really clean bathroom and warm and friendly managers. Location is good.

The staff at this hostel made the experience. I had left one thing in my last hostel in Florence, and also the owner did all he could to help me get it back. The location was fantastic and also the hostel itself was clean and cozy.
