We liked the central location and the quietness of the B && B. The staff were nice and even texted us to check when we would arrive, give us directions and we were able to contact the staff for far more blankets later on and to get the heating put on. Breakfast and snacks were good. Despite my negative feedback I would stay here again as it was affordable, we had straightforward access all hours with our own key and cleanliness is one thing you often have to give up whilst travelling on a budget.

Sonia was really nice to us, she has given good indications and was very friendly. The place is clean, the bed is good. Even the breakfast was great. Along with the very best component is that it was for a very good price. The location is also amazing, its within the &"Citadella&", very interesting. Verona is a very fabulous city.

The staff was great! The guy who welcome us was extremely warm and friendly and helpful. As the guests are left alone within the apartment, he was kind enough to show us a extremely nice restaurant on his way to another place. I also had a problem when booking, so they compensated it with a small discount, which I though was really nice.

Great Location from the hotel to Juliette&'s House. Nice Employees who prepared the breakfast extremely early as he knew we are going to catch the train inside the morning.

Adriano (the guy that welcomes you) gave us a map and showed us where the points of interest are and where we can eat cheap, even warned us which part of town to avoid inside the evening. The spot is a 5-10 minutes walk from all of the sights, the room are a fair size, have some kind of air conditioning, the bathroom is clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the B&B to everyone.
