Dave is very helpful. The 500 yen meals are a bargain, as are the happy hour deals. It is very straightforward to access the slopes and other facilities.

The Bar and Inexpensive food, also the lounge and pool table, good spot to meet people. Location is good for busses to the slopes! Staff were extremely very helpful!

Lots of friendly people, bar was fun, beds were comfy and warm. Outstanding location (Echoland) for restaurants/bars/stores and close to shuttle busses to all resorts. No cost wireless.

Mt. Hakuba Backpackers is in a exceptional location (easy no cost and fast shuttle bus to the resorts) and has low-cost dinners, no cost pool, bar, and is an okay spot overall.
