Close to Kyoto station (7 minutes walk). Clean and cosy. Staff is really friendly. Though all key are kept openly to everybody the hotel seems really safe. Everybody trusts each other. Has kitchen. Hotel presents umbrellas rent for free.

Great location close to Kyoto station and various places to appreciate breakfast just near to the inn. The property owner was really friendly, despite that she hadn&'t received any info from Hostelbookers about our booking, she gave us a room without any problem, we are impressed! She wasn&'t inside the day we left but she left us a cute letter and gifts :)

Chita is wonderful. It&'s roomy, perfectly clean, noiseless at night, very safe, in a great location and the property owner speaks English very properly and is very helpful. Your only regret with booking here is that it raises the bar for your expectations with other bookings!

Great value here for Japanese-style accommodation. The employees speak English really well. The cooking area is accessible for guest use, so we cooked our meals. It&'s noiseless and comfortable. I suggest without reservation.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and went out of their way to create us really feel welcome. They were able to give us fantastic advice with regards to where and how to go in Tokyo. The holiday accommodation is �deally located - very close to the train station - and is extremely clean and tidy. I would not hesitate in returning to the Guest Inn Chita.
