This hostel had the most comfy beds of all of the ones I slept in in Japan. The room was in japanese style with with western comfort levels i. e. large padded mattresses

The lounge/kitchen area has superb facilities. The employees are lovely and we met lots of other travellers from near and far.

The reception was really very helpful. She let me use their phone to try and make an intl call. when it didnt go through. she didnt charge me. Also, she helped me book a JR bus ticket bc I didnt have a cell to use in Japan. There are many many fun pictures of visitors decorating all of the walls. The common room seemed really well-equipped and nice. I also met very nice travelers in my room. The close proximity to JR station is great.

It was extremely close to everything in America Mura and really super cute and quiet. Individuals were extremely friendly and approachable. Masa is extremely helpful and nice!
