This spot blew our minds, you cant get much more &"bang for the buck&" anywhere else! Awesome locations, near to 7/11 and you can walk to all party and shopping districts. The staff is really helpfull, will go to again!

It&'s located in a quiet zone just nearby the bustling central Osaka, and no need to pay for subway tickets when getting off at Namba station from the airport. Environment is almost perfect, wooden decoration and well-equipped kitchen facilities are wealthy to spend for one a lot more week. Several handy stores just need to take 3mins walk. Beds are the most stable ever!

This location is fantastic, I&'ve stayed there a number of times now and have yet to be even the slightest bit disapointed. First time I went with a few girlfriends and because the location is only has a few beds, but has all the features it was like we had rented a entirely furnished apartment for the weekend! It&'s all brand new, I really like walking in and still smelling the fresh wood. Always makes me think im encompassed by fresh wood chips, and completely no worries about cleanliness. The location is great, only a few mins walk from Namba, one of the bigger stations in Osaka, but on a side street so is extremely noiseless and secluded. outstanding for sleeping late, some thing I&'ve found handy, from on the few occations I&'ve stayed out all night. It&'s also the closest hostel to America Mura where most of the greatest clubbing and arcade shopping (Shinsaibashi) in Osaka can be found. America Mura is about a 15 minute walk or if you take a taxi it&'s close enough that the fare reader probably wont go over the minimum.

It is really close from Namba station ( 7 min by foot) and staff was extremly friendly. They are lockers as properly so you can put some essential points inside your own locker. very clean and all facilites was good! In case you desire to try to Sake, there is a small but great Japanese traditional style bar just in front of your hostel.

The location was good, extremely close to metro and JR station, although better map/directions for JR prior to arrival would be great. Could walk to Namba where all the venues are!

I stayed at Apollo in October and loved it. The Canadian manager was extremely friendly, helpful and knew alot about Osaka. The place was clean and had no cost internet and was quite close to the train station. When I return to Osaka I will absolutely stay here.

I have stayed at several hostels before, and my number one concern is generally that it be cheap--I can stay at a hotel if I'm willing to shell out cash. As a result, I have stayed at some horrible hostels exactly where fat women bellowed throughout the night, and clubbers kept everyone up in rooms housing upwards of 12 people. I have been at hostels and hotels in China situated miles from civilization when they posted info clearly showing otherwise. Apollo backpackers is a world above that. For roughly the same cost as some of the bad hostels I have been at, I had the privilege of being the sole resident at this hostel. It's a bit small for the 4 residents, but by Japanese standards it's positively roomy. The location, while hard to find, is extremely near to Namba and the subway (Daikokucho) and is one of the greater locations for a more cost-effective hostel that I have found. My recommendation: Book this now when there's a chance you'll have the whole spot to yourself! Even full it's good, but a private room this massive would cost you 4 times the cost in case you went elsewhere.

A great, small spot. It only has four beds, but I was the only one there at the time of my stay so it was a really large single room for my purposes. The cooking area and bathroom features are good. It's just a short walk from Namba station which makes it fantastic for getting around to a selection of places, or stumbling distance from Dotombori and Amerika-mura, whichever way you need to look at it. Bruce from Apollo properties was super helpful. Incidentally, as I stayed there whilst looking for a long-term apartment, they were also exceptional in that respect (that is their primary business) and made that process as painless as it can reasonably be. I definitely recommend them.
