The Japanese breakfast, the Koi pond in the backyard and the Japanese style hot bath really give you the feeling of being in Japan, if you didn't feel so before arriving in clean and beautiful Takayama.

Great ample Japanese breakfast for 800 yen and dinner for 1500 yen. Nice steamy communal bath. Most of the visitors were Japanese. Made to feel extremely welcome. It is on the river away from downtown noise so extremely peaceful.
