I liked the clean, new rooms, cozy beds and facilities within the rooms. This was all excellent, as was the daily cleaning service, included within the price. I thought the breakfast was great value for money but was let down as the hot food was cold, apparently a common complaint. The unlimited coffee was great though, and is pricey elsewhere. There is certainly a 24/7 shop downstairs and reception is 24 hours. It really feels like a 4. 5 star hotel with a couple of convention rooms on the first floor and flash leather couches in reception area. It comes with the stuff you would expect for that, including inroom safe, flatscreen TV, and all of the razors and toothbrushes you can get through. I&'ll definitely stay here again. Wake up call and cab advance booking was handy! A bit formal for the youth market place looking for fun but fantastic value for a secure, modern and cozy hotel. NB. I think there will be construction across the road for the next year or so, but it did not seem too noisy.
