The employees were friendly and pleased to supply useful information. If I needed anything (tea, toilet paper. ) they were always ready to help.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff: determined to resolve any problems once they are brought up. Sufficient heating. Central location - close to all of the primary landmarks in Amman.

The employees is exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful. I felt welcome as never before. The Abbasi hotel is like a family. I loved mrs. Nijhmah, an amazing warm hearted woman! And also the 2 guys working with fantastic people. Amman is a fantastic location but going around after dusk for a single woman is a extremely unpleasant experience. Luckily, is so enjoyable to stay inside the hotel within the evenings, so that you don&'t get bored by being trapped inside.

Friendly and helpful staff in central downtown Amman (although I wasn&'t keen on walking around as a single female at night) but entrance is secure. Nice common location with wi-fi, low-cost single room ensuite.

Staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The location was perfect to see real downtown Amman. The staff were willing to organise taxis for us. Breakfast was good.
